柳州汽车产教联合体揭牌，助力新能源汽车产业崛起
广西(柳州)汽车产教联合体在柳州市揭牌，加强教育链与产业链衔接
柳州市作为中国五大汽车城之一，拥有上汽、东风、一汽、重汽等四大汽车企业，以及上百家主机厂和零部件企业。为了进一步促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的紧密衔接，广西(柳州)汽车产教联合体在柳州市揭牌成立。该联合体依托柳州市高新技术产业开发区，由柳州职业技术学院作为牵头学校，上汽通用五菱汽车股份有限公司作为牵头企业，与广西汽车集团有限公司、东风柳州汽车有限公司等共同发起成立。
柳州市副市长卢柳屏表示，广西(柳州)汽车产教联合体将成为龙头，培养高端装备制造、新一代信息技术等产教联合体，并深入推进“职业教育伴随企业走出去”行动。同时，还将同步建设中国—东盟现代工匠学院，致力于新能源汽车、智能运载装备等领域的人才培养。
柳州职业技术学院党委书记刘子林表示，学校将继续坚持产教融合、校企合作的理念，充分汇集科研、社会服务、技术和技能人才等资源要素，为汽车产业提供有力支持。
上汽通用五菱汽车股份有限公司人力资源部总经理刘作梅表示，广西(柳州)汽车产教联合体对公司发展具有重要作用。目前，上汽通用五菱已在印度尼西亚设立子公司，并依托柳州本土职业院校的优势资源，助力技术和技能人才的“走出去”。未来，公司也将考虑根据印尼市场需求，让印尼学生来中国提升技术水平，为东盟国家培养新能源技能人才。

On December 28th, the Guangxi (Liuzhou) Automotive Industry-Education Alliance was officially launched in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province. As one of the national-level regional industry-education alliances, Liuzhou will leverage its automotive industry foundation to promote close integration between the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain.
Liuzhou is one of China's top five automobile cities, home to major automobile manufacturers such as SAIC, Dongfeng, FAW, and Foton, as well as hundreds of OEMs and component companies. The Guangxi (Liuzhou) Automotive Industry-Education Alliance is established based on the Liuzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College as the leading school and SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. as the leading enterprise. It is jointly initiated and established by Guangxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., Ltd., and other partners.
As the only national-level regional industry-education alliance approved in Guangxi, Liuzhou Vice Mayor Lu Liuping stated that the Guangxi (Liuzhou) Automotive Industry-Education Alliance will serve as a leader in cultivating industry-education alliances in high-end equipment manufacturing, new-generation information technology, and other fields. It will also actively promote the "vocational education accompanying enterprises going global" initiative and concurrently establish the China-ASEAN Modern Artisan Institute for new energy vehicles, intelligent transportation equipment, and other areas.
Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College, as a school born out of the development of local industries in Liuzhou, has always adhered to the integration of industry and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises. Liu Zilin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College, said that the school will fully integrate its resources such as scientific research, social services, technology, and skilled talents to empower the automotive industry.
Liu Zuomei, General Manager of Human Resources at SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd., stated that the alliance plays an important role in the company's development. Currently, SAIC-GM-Wuling has established a subsidiary in Indonesia and relies on the advantages of local vocational colleges in Liuzhou to support the "going global" strategy for technology and skilled talents. At the same time, SAIC-GM-Wuling will also consider bringing Indonesian students to China to enhance their technical capabilities according to market demand, thereby cultivating new energy skills for ASEAN countries.
Recently, Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College jointly organized a training program on overseas after-sales service for new energy vehicles with SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd., attracting students from Myanmar and Jordan to learn from the program and contribute to the internationalization of Chinese new energy vehicles.
